Denver Kickers Recreational Teams are formed for the year in in early June, and play in all divisions of the Colorado Soccer Association Front Range League. Teams play two seasons of soccer in the fall and spring, with 8 games per season.
The fall season runs from early September to mid-November. The spring season runs from late March to mid-May. Teams are led by licensed and/or mentored coaches, who are often assisted by a volunteer coach and/or a team manager.
There are no tryouts for players in Recreational soccer. However, teams are formed based on a variety of factors, including the number of returning players and coach availability. We make every attempt to place all interested players, but we try to maintain continuity from one season to the next, so teams at the U10 level may not have many open roster spots. Whenever possible, we carry at least 2 teams per age group.

Fees
For the 2024-25 seasons, fees are as follows:

- All players are invited to an additional training on Fridays during the season, where they will work on skill specific areas such as shooting, defending and goalkeeping.
